Helping our members understand the correct movements, improving mobility, and what it takes to get through a mental block is where we excel. Our trainers are highly knowledgeable about different fitness styles and will focus on catering to what your body needs.

David Fairbanks, Owner / Trainer

Before graduating with degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Union College, David developed a love for fitness as a two sport student-athlete. After college he was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 where he found a love for coaching and motivation others.

Zach Kiernan, Owner / Nutrition Specialist

As a former football player with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville, Zack uses his previous experiences, expertise and unique disciplines with his clients to separate himself from other personal trainers. He specializes in sport-specific training, personal training, injury prevention and nutrition consulting.

Chris Davis, Trainer

Chris is an original member of Lion’s Pride Weightlifting. He has spent countless hours refining and improving his technique which has allowed him to compete at a national level. Through his development he has gained a broad range of knowledge that he intends to pass along to other members of our community.
