Our 1:1 customized sports-specific training is built from former collegiate athletes (some multi-sport collegiate). The knowledge and understanding of the science of movement and personal experiences have proven to be our secret to athletic success. Lion Pride’s trainers focus on optimizing your training regimen to ensure the highest level of results to reach your goal!

All athletes will undergo mobility, movement and a mental training assessment prior to jumping into our program. Testing areas are sport-specific.

Jordan Murph, Speed & Agility Trainer

As a fitness and athletic performance coach, originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I’ve played a number of sports in my lifetime but football was my #1; playing at Withrow High School and Ohio Dominican where we were nationally ranked. My passion is to help people achieve any goal they desire. Whether it is with weight loss, weight gain, or performing at a high level in a sport. My goal as a coach is to guide people to create the best version of themselves.

Over the years, I’ve received a Bachelors in Exercise Science, CrossFit L-1 certification, USAW Weightlifting, CFSC, and FMS. I have five years experience working at The Training Room as Director of Fitness and Head Performance Coach. Additionally, I spent time as a CrossFit adult and kids coach.

Exercise is my ultimate passion that I will continue to further my education in over the years. I love to help people any way that I can.
