LPW’s trainers take pride in working with you to understand your goals, what hinderances you may have and build a plan to showcase your best self!

Whether you are new to exercising, addressing an injury or training to reach peak performance, our trainers develop customized fitness plans to help meet your specific goals. All trainers direct each workout, providing demonstrations, guidance, motivation and support to get results. Our personal and sport-specific training is focused on covering multiple facets of wellness, including physical and mental training.

In order to meet the needs of our members, we offer a variety of programming options for our personal training sessions.

1-Personal
Training Session

Includes a 1-on-1 personalized mobility, movement and mental training session. One 60 minute session.

4-Personal
Training Sessions

Includes a 60 minute 1-on-1 personalized mobility, movement, and mental training session, once a week for 4 weeks.

8-Personal
Training Sessions

Includes 60 minute 1-on-1 personalized mobility, movement, and mental training sessions, twice a week for 4 weeks.

12-Personal
Training Sessions

Includes a 60 minute 1-on-1 personalized mobility, movement, and mental training session, 3 x a week for 4 weeks.

Hybrid Training Plans

To compliment your group Olympic Weightlifting sessions at Team LPW, we recommend our Hybrid Training Plans. These packages include 1, 2 or 4 personal training sessions per month to supplement your community classes. This hybrid methodology is best for those who desire more one-on-one attention, check-ins for their goal setting and a performance check in order to advance their training.

Small Group Training

Not exactly looking for personalized 1:1 training, but could definitely enjoy it with a partner or a few friends, LPW offers options to work collaboratively – at your home or ours.

These one hour sessions are perfect for two-to-four people looking for targeted training but not 1:1 sessions. Programming is geared towards increasing, restoring active ranges of motion while creating better full body awareness and activation. Goals and achievements are discussed and celebrated!
