If you’re ready to start #hangingwithpree, LPW welcomes you to add a yoga swing / trapeze yoga class to your fitness routine!  Lion’s Pride Weightlifting | Wellness is excited to bring Trap Yoga, a twist on traditional yoga, to the Greater Cincinnati market. While breathing and mindfulness are still a point of emphasis, training is centered around a trapeze set that allows you to learn about how your body moves in a very unique way.

  • Strength building: grip, posterior chain, core
  • Develop flexibility
  • Restore balance
  • Improve overall fitness

To ensure safety at LPW, Trapeze Yoga classes will be capped at 6 participants and will last for approximately 1 hour. As Trapeze Yoga is a new form of training for most we ask those who are interested to complete a free 30 minute trial class with Coach Michelle Pree (email). If you decide that yoga trapeze is right for you, we will find the right group class package for you.

Current Classes

Relaxation / Flow is focused on stress and anxiety release, preparing your body for rest.

Total Body Blast (Saturdays from 11 am – 12 pm) is focused on strength building, full body connectivity and functional stretching.

Class ratio is 1:6, so your experience is personalized specifically for you. Class packages are accepted and can be purchased in 4, 8 or 12 session groups.
