Trap Yoga

Lion’s Pride Wellness Center is excited to add something new to the city’s group training scene.  “Trap Yoga” or Yoga Trapeze as it is formally called is a twist on traditional yoga. While breathing and mindfulness are still a point of emphasis, training is centered around a trapeze set that allows you to learn about how your body moves in a very unique way. 

Benefits of Yoga Trapeze include:

  • Improve Overall Fitness

To ensure safety at LPW, Yoga Trapeze classes will be capped at 8 participants and will last for approximately 1 hour. 

As Yoga Trapeze is a new form of training for most we ask  all those who are interested to complete a free 30 minute trial class with Coach Pree. If you decide that yoga trapeze is right for you, we will be offering multiple group class package options.

Anyone who signs up between Monday 8/24 and Saturday 9/5 will receive a discount code for 20% (“trapyoga”) off a class package of their choice! Class times will start out as Tuesday and Thursday at Noon and Saturday at 9am.  One-on- One Sessions and Personalized Group Classes are available!
