Olympic-style weightlifting’ is a registered sport which incorporates the use of two independent lifts which require the athlete to lift a loaded barbell from the floor to an overhead position in an explosive manner. The two lifts, the ‘Clean & Jerk’ and the ‘Snatch’ are explosive movements as they require a combination of maximal strength and maximal speed. The movements along with many others that are used during training are an effective method for enhancing athletic performance.
Intro to Olympic Weightlifting

Our intro to Olympic Weightlifting Class is for anyone who is interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. This class will be lead by a USAW trained coach and focus solely on the fundamentals of weightlifting. Training is built around assisting our community with gaining more awareness of their bodies move using Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Programming is included and will be focused around helping the athlete perfect their squat, deadlifting, and press. Multiple modalities along with customizable accessory work helps the athlete pinpoint and attack weaknesses. We believe our program is great for anyone interested in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. The only thing required for this class is an interest in the sport and a desire to learn and improve.
Monday- Friday (6-8am, 9-11am, 12-2pm, 3-5 pm, 6-8pm)
Sat 8-10am , 11-1pm
Sunday 9-11 am
Our 3- Day Program is for the versatile athlete. You may be competing in other sports but have a desire to compete in Olympic Weightlifting as well. This programming would allow 3- Days of access to our facility. Training is built around joint health and gaining more body awareness. We use Functional Range Anatomy/ Functional Range Conditioning to achieve this. Each class will be coached by a USAW trained coached who will offer technical support and cues to help the athlete improve their movement and overall confidence in the competition lifts. This programming could be a great supplement

Our 5- Day Programming is for athletes who are serious about competition and want to make Olympic Weightlifting their primary sport of focus. Training is built around joint health and gaining more body awareness. Programming is focused on helping our athletes achieve the confidence and technique necessary to compete at a national level and beyond.
