Lion’s Pride Weightlifting was officially recognized by the United States Association of Weightlifting (USAW) on 10/1/2018. As a club, we have a thirst for knowledge in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and fitness.
No matter your experience level with Olympic Weightlifting, Lion’s Pride Weightlifting Barbell Club has programs that fit each individuals needs. With a variety of lifting program options or a Hybrid/Unlimited option, we offer the flexibility to have the best plan in place for you.
Our 2 and 3-day a week plan is designed for novice lifters looking to refine technique, improve strength and increase mobility. This option is also a great supplement for functional fitness athletes looking to further develop their lifts to ultimately complete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
The 5-day a week plan is designed for more intermediate to advanced lifters focusing on honing their skills to improve their Snatch and Clean & Jerk totals. This program includes training cycles with a variety of exercises to improve both Olympic lifts.
