Steel Mace (Group Fitness)
Our instructor-led, small group classes offer a variety of movements focused on utilizing steel mace. These sessions incorporate a combination of varying repetitions and unique exercises. This unique piece of equipment uses offsetting loads to teach full body activation, core stability and correcting imbalances to leave you feeling good, moving well and addressing everyday stressors. Classes are held on Wednesdays from 6-7pm and Sundays from 11am-12pm.
