8 Ways Functional Fitness
Our 8 Ways fitness classes are not only Self-Defense and MMA. All classes incorporate a warm up, strike lesson and circuit training. Striking movements change on a daily basis and circuits are based off striking lesson of the day. No matter your experience level with MMA, all movements can be modified to fit individual skill and comfort levels. Classes are offered Monday-Friday 5:15-6:15 and 6:30-7:30 pm.
Coach Rob Jones has studied martial arts for over 30 years earning black belts in Ju-Jitsu (7th Degree) and Taekwondo. All classes for 8 ways at LPW will be run by Coach Rob and his students. This means that all participants in 8 ways will have the opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment with individuals who are training and fulfilling their requirements to receive their rank from Coach Rob.
