At LPW, we focus on all that makes a person healthy:
mobility, movement, mental training, nutrition, strength training, and a personal plan for overall wellness.

Many fitness centers don’t consider the whole person and what is needed to ensure they are taken care of. When you come to our facility, you’ll be evaluated to determine your current fitness level. Our first step is to understand your physical fitness abilities, goals and then, we’ll discuss a fitness regime that is created for you, your body type and your goals.

We are highly passionate about this initiative because we believe if we can help create healthier individuals, we can help create a healthier community. While providing a location that is an experience in itself, expect nothing but the highest quality of equipment. MEET THE OWNER: David Fairbanks

David Fairbanks is head coach, trainer, and owner of Lion’s Pride Weightlifting and Wellness. David first discovered his love for mindful movement and training as he worked to maximize his performance and excel as a multi-sport athlete. He maintained these practices and began coaching after college so that he could share his experiences and training with others. After time spent working in the social service and corporate sectors, the pull to share more of his passion for health and wellness with others was too strong.

In 2019, David transitioned into coaching and training full time and Lion’s Pride Weightlifting and Wellness opened its doors. At LPW, our mission is to share our message of mobility, movement, and mental training. We want to help you take a balanced approach to building the habits necessary for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Let us help you move better! 🦁
