Before graduating with degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Union College, David developed a love for fitness as a two sport student-athlete. After college he was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 where he found a love for coaching and motivation others.

Joy Vincent
Joy VincentWeightlifting Coach
Joy grew up in an active lifestyle, playing lacrosse from middle school through college. She was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and in 2018, shifted her focus to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. In 2018, she pursued her passion and became a USAW-L1 certified coach. She loves encouraging others and helping people improve their execution of the Olympic lifts.

As a former football player with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville, Zack uses his previous experiences, expertise and unique disciplines with his clients to separate himself from other personal trainers. He specializes in sport-specific training, personal training, injury prevention and nutrition consulting.
Haley Coleman
Haley ColemanWeightlifting Coach/Youth Coach
Haley’s passion for teaching is evident by her career as a 2nd grade teacher. She has taken that love for coaching and translated it to Olympic lifting. She has competed in several USAW sanctioned meets, including 2 at the national level. Through her personal experiences she has become proficient in helping LPW members strategically time their warms up and select weights for lift attempts at meets and competitions. Haley looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love for Olympic lifting with others.

Chris is an original member of Lion’s Pride Weightlifting. He has spent countless hours refining and improving his technique which has allowed him to compete at a national level. Through his development he has gained a broad range of knowledge that he intends to pass along to other members of Lions Pride Weightlifting.

Michelle is a mother of three and a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With a track and cross country background, she’s utilized those skills to later run local races and half marathons. Initially training to build muscle as a compliment to a plant based lifestyle, her love for fitness turned into PREEmier Aesthetics to help others transform their bodies into masterpieces! Pree’s focus is helping clients burning fat while building lean muscle mass naturally! The main goal is to thoroughly train and inform clients to be self sufficient and prepared to live a successful active lifestyle.
